HYROX AI (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR.

What we collect

Account data (name, email), the HYROX race data you import (results, splits, rankings), the athlete and goal details you provide, and product usage analytics. AI features process your race data to generate your reports.

How we use it

To provide the service: import and analyze your races, generate AI reports and coaching, process subscriptions, and improve the product. We never sell your personal data.

Processors

We use Supabase (database & auth), Anthropic (AI analysis), Stripe (payments), and optionally PostHog/Google Analytics and Sentry. Each processes data only to deliver their function.

Your rights

You can export all of your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. You may also withdraw analytics consent via the cookie banner.

AI processing

AI features send your race and athlete data to our AI processor (Anthropic) to generate reports, plans and coaching replies. AI output may be inaccurate — see our Terms for the full disclaimer.
