The service

HYROX AI provides AI-generated performance analysis for HYROX athletes. Insights, predictions and recommendations are informational and not medical or professional advice. Train responsibly and consult a professional where appropriate.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of the data you provide. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break our security, or use it unlawfully.

Subscriptions & free trial

Paid plans (Athlete and Performance) start with a 7-day free trial. We collect your card at sign-up and, unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan begins billing automatically (monthly or yearly, as selected) via Stripe and renews until cancelled. You can switch plan or cancel anytime from Billing (the Stripe customer portal) and keep access until the end of the paid period. 1:1 coaching is provided by separate agreement.

Assumption of risk — train at your own risk

HYROX training is physically demanding. Any workout, plan, pace, weight or recommendation provided by HYROX AI is undertaken entirely at your own risk. We are not your physician, coach or trainer (except where you hold a separate 1:1 coaching agreement), and to the maximum extent permitted by law we accept no liability for injury, illness or any harm arising from training or following our recommendations. Consult a qualified physician before starting or changing any training program, and stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

AI can make mistakes

Our analysis, predictions, training plans and chat are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your individual situation. They are informational only and are not medical, nutritional or other professional advice. Always apply your own judgement and verify important details before acting on them.
