Enter your time. See where you stand.
Type your HYROX finish time, pick your division and gender, and the rater places it into the right published benchmark band: beginner, average, good or elite. Honest ranges, no fabricated percentiles, always paired with a verify-it caveat.
Is my HYROX time good?
Your result
1:30:00
Around the field averageRight around the global all-finisher average. A solid, respectable HYROX, and a clear platform to chase a faster one.
Based on published ranges. Verify. Times vary widely by division, age and gender. Treat these as published ranges, not guarantees. These tiers come from publicly published HYROX benchmark ranges, not from a live results database, and the Pro and age adjustments are clearly-labelled approximations. We show no fabricated percentile or rank. For exact standing, check the official results for your specific event, division and age group.

A rating tells you where you stand. Your splits tell you how to move up.
The benchmark bands, in full.
These are the published HYROX time ranges the rater uses. They are framed as ranges on purpose. Finish times vary widely by division, age and gender, so no single number is 'the' good time.
| Benchmark | Published range | Context |
|---|---|---|
| Global all-finisher average | ≈ 1:30 | across all divisions, ages and genders |
| Typical first-timer (Open) | ≈ 1:30–2:00 | a finish to be proud of for a debut |
| A "good" time | men sub-1:20 · women sub-1:30 | a strong, competitive amateur result |
| A "great" time | sub-60 min | the sharp end of the amateur field |
| Elite | men sub-56 min · women ≈ sub-1:05 | the very top of the field |
Honest by design.
It would be easy to fake a precise-looking percentile. We don't. Here's exactly what the rating is, and what it isn't.
Published ranges only
Tiers are drawn straight from publicly published HYROX benchmark ranges (elite, good, average and first-timer), not from a private database.
No fabricated percentiles
We never show a made-up rank or percentile. You get an honest band for your division and gender, nothing we invented to look precise.
Adjustments, clearly labelled
The Pro shift and the masters age allowance are explicit approximations, flagged in the tool, so you always know what is exact and what is an estimate.
A rating tells you where. Your splits tell you how.
Knowing your band is the start. Moving up one means finding the splits that are costing you time and fixing the biggest first, and most athletes guess wrong about which ones they are.
Turn your band into your next PR
When you import an official result, 8stations.ai ranks every split and station against the real field, targets the biggest leak first, and builds a training plan that works through the rest as your data changes, so the next time you rate your time, you land in a faster band.
